Castle Terrace - The newest addition to Edinburgh's Michelin scene, Castle Terrace won its first Michelin star in October 2011. 21212 - Paul Kitching's 21212 received its first Michelin star only 8 months after launching. Complete with open kitchen, drawing room, private dining and four luxury bedrooms, 21212 fills the grand spaces of its listed Georgian townhouse premise where guests can indulge in a modern French five course gourmet menu consisting of a choice of two dishes on the starter, two for main course and two dessert courses.
