Restaurant Martin Wishart - Situated in the historic Port of Leith, Martin Wishart is Edinburgh’s first Michelin-starred restaurant offering in the very best in contemporary French cuisine. Since opening in 1999 his restaurant has become one of the UK’s most acclaimed dining venues, currently holding one Michelin star, 4 AA rosettes and a score of 8/10 in the Good Food Guide.
 
The Kitchin - Chef Tom Kitchin presents a unique and inspiring marriage of seasonal Scottish produce prepared with classical French technique at his warehouse-converted premise in Leith. Dedicated to the philosophy “From Nature to Plate”, Tom has fostered strong relationships with local suppliers of excellent Scottish produce to ensure the freshest and most seasonally exciting menus.
 
Castle Terrace - The newest addition to Edinburgh's Michelin scene, Castle Terrace won its first Michelin star in October 2011.  Headed up by Dominic Jack and his team, the menu represents modern British cuisine influenced by learned French cooking techniques and an appreciation of the best ingredients available from Scotland’s outstanding natural larder.


 


21212 - Paul Kitching's 21212 received its first Michelin star only 8 months after launching.  Complete with open kitchen, drawing room, private dining and four luxury bedrooms, 21212 fills the grand spaces of its listed Georgian townhouse premise where guests can indulge in a modern French five course gourmet menu consisting of a choice of two dishes on the starter, two for main course and two dessert courses.
 
Number One - Number One at the Balmoral Hotel has retained its Michelin star for nine consecutive years thanks to the consistent excellence of Jeff Bland and his 36 strong team of chefs. Number One prides itself on creative dishes that use only the finest and freshest Scottish ingredients.
