What’s the best Christmas gift you've ever received?
A Mulberry Bayswater bag that I’d been coveting for months.
And the worst?
A bread bin. Kitchen appliances are always a no-no!
For those struggling for inspiration this Christmas, what gift would you recommend for her?
Probably something from our new range of boutique diamonds. They were designed by Michael Laing (a qualified jewellery designer and gemmologist) so a lot of care and attention went into every detail. They’re simple but striking pieces and won’t break the bank.
And for him?
Our watch gallery boasts the largest selection of watches outside London, so I’d suggest a piece from that. We recently became the only stockist in Scotland of Tiffany watches, and the Atlas Gent Automatic Chronograph is a particularly stunning watch.
What makes Edinburgh sparkle at Christmas?
Apart from our diamonds?! Well it has to be the Christmas lights along George St and the Christmas markets which are both just fantastic. Enjoying a gluhwein and watching the skaters is a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
